The icy winter breeze chills me, fogging my breath and reddening my nose

Waiting for your crystal blue eyes to greet  me and warm my achingly cold heart

I'll wait for you forever.

Here I stand in the bright spring, grass and baby foliage growing over my toes

Waiting for your shimmering gold hair to lighten my spirit

I'll wait for you forever.

Summer has come, the showers have stopped. I stand wet and drying

Waiting for your glittering smile to refresh my stiffened bones

I'll wait for you forever.

Warmth is disappearing in the autumn days, gold and red but without you

Waiting for your radiant skin to make me soft in your delicate essence

I'll wait for you forever.

Winter once again envelopes my heart as I stare blankly into the  ever changing scenery

Waiting for you I watch faithfully for your lost silhouette, cold and lonely a tear escapes

I'll wait for you forever.
